Whenever we think about the word "blog" we think of various things. Particularly writers, who have the need to express or have an interest to showcase their ideologies, think it's a golden opportunity. But, some thoughts stop them and make them think twice about doing it. Well if you're one among those people, then my advice is for you to STOP thinking and START working because here are reasons why you should start blogging right away!

There are many platforms on the web that provide a free interface for users to create and post a blog post. Come on now, you cannot deny benefits that come for free right?
2) Improvement without any risk.
Blogging is a great way to completely utilize your skills to showcase your ideas and have the flexibility to improve yourself through reviews, or comments left in by viewers or subscribers. It's like learning new things without any risk!(As long as ethical and legal issues do not involve) Great right? You can improve your thinking and writing skills through this and make sure you develop in a risk free platform.
3) Freedom to express
As long as no ethical or legal issues involve in your posts or ideologies, blogging is perfect to express whatever ideas you have and completely utilize the concept of "freedom of speech" through typing and posting such things.
4) Confidence
Just imagine, many people liking your blog post and commenting great things and positive compliments about it, now imagine your feeling while reading those comments. What a rush that would be right? At the same time, if there are any negative comments that totally go against your ideas, and regardless of people standing up for you, you can develop a sense of strength that allows you to go further and stronger. Building character and improving all in one blog!
5) Possible wages
Empty pockets won't be an ongoing issue for you. Some blog sites provide wages, for views and popularity of blog posts. In simpler words, you can possibly get paid for expressing yourself. Isn't that fancy? Just look out for any web servers that support wages for their writers and after making sure they're safe and quality ensured, you can proceed to blogging and solve that empty pocket problem of yours with minimal wages that can even help you match up to that pocket money that you used to get earlier.
